There will be several more new stalls in June including greetings cards, French organic wines, French cider, handmade jewellery and bags.

As ever there will be the usual selection of locally farmed and produced food.

A team of Morris Men will also be performing for us as part of the annual Morris Dancing Festival taking place all weekend in nearby Thaxted.

After the success of our first farmers market on Easter Saturday, the same producers and more will be returning on May 1st at 10am.

There will be lots of stalls selling local produce plus entertainment for the kids too!

New Winter Menu

With summer well and truly behind us and al fresco dining on the terrace a distant memory, our winter menu is now available.

As well as still doing a great selection of delicious sandwiches, salads and soups, we have now added a selection of hot lunches including luxury fish pie, cottage pie & salmon & asparagus lasagne.
These change daily on the specials board.
